I am trying to convert avi files to dvd format. Howeve, whenever they are converted they are in widecsreen format, when full screen to start off. I have tried chagining the setting between auto, 4:3 and 16:9 but it still comes out as widescreen format. Wile converting, in the preview mode it seems fine in full screen but after conversion i play it back and it is in widescren mode. Anyone know how i can sort this out??

I have been trying to convert 13 20 min avi files to fit onto a 4300mb dvd. winavi stops at totally random times during conversion and I have to start all over again. Only once out of 10 times has it been sucessful converting all 13 files to fit onto one disc.

I get a similar error. i am not sure if it says anithing about Divx. It occurs with the last file when I try to put different avi's in a sigle DVD. I want to use win avi because it's probably the fastest software, nonetheless I think Nero Visio Express is more reliable. If anyone finds an answer to this problem I would certainly like to hear it. Thanks
