Wind Waker DRE's Can't take it anymore

    I've backed up my own disc several times and downloaded a couple different versions from the web and I keep getting DRE's. I've tweaked the laser and even have a spare laser that I've played with. I'm currently using TDK DVD-R's and I don't have many problems with any other games I have backed up either. I still get the occasional DRE's with Metroid and some others but not as consistant.

    I'm using a ViperGc (the orginal) with cobra 1.6

    Any ideas?

    I would try ridata Dvd-rs or try asking a viper Gc cust. support.

    TDK's are crap for the GC, I bought a 10 pack and learned the hard way.Use Traxdata mini dvdr's, they work flawlessly.
