windoes in safe mod

every time i try to open somthing that was dowloaded it has an error cause i am in safe mod how do iget out of windoes xp pro safe mod?

 

did you try restarting your computer and as soon as anything comes out on the screen keep pushing F8 it should give you the option to start windows xp normally

 

Are you in safe mode every time you open your computer? That's not right at all...

 

i guess i am in safe mod cause it always says when i download a program from a website or p2p it says widoes installer may not work due to safe mod or problem with installer.

 

If you're in safemode, not too much will work.
Try going to the Startmenu>Run and type in 'msconfig'. Go to the boot.ini tab i think, and see if SafeBoot is checked. Make sure it is unchecked, otherwise you will constantly reboot in safemode.

 

i think widoes installer is messed how do i re download i or fix it with it busted?
