Recently had to get new pc --- a compac with windows 7...used to have XP but that only had mva files and a website playlist said my pc software and media were incompatible so I embraced the age and now have more problems than I thought possible. This Windows 7 just opens on the music into a player with a music note, there is no place to file or name anywhere as it plays. At least the old media allowed that immediately and sent your music to documents. This doesnt do anything. I contacted Hewlett Packard, they blamed Microsoft...I rang microsoft....trhey blamed Hewlett Packard, and wanted to charge me £40 for assistance, which is a scandal....is there anyone out there who can tell me how to get my music to file and in the right system so it uploads to a playlist site without hitting a problem.
