Hi, i have a dell inspiron 1011 but when i try to connect to the internet it says i have limited access. So i have checked in device manager none of the network adapters have ticks or anything next to them apart from one which is WAN Miniport (IKEv2) but i have looked round internet and it says this is ok. One other thing when i do ipconfig there is nothing it just says Windows IP Configuration.
    Thanks for any help.

    Did you get it fixed?
    If so, how?

From the command prompt, if you type:
    Code:
    ping loopback
    does it reply?
