Whenever I try to open some of my converted video this annoying message pops up and closes everything I have. Where do I close this out so it does not come up anymore?

It's more than likely whatever you're using to convert the video files is corrupting them, and Explorer cannot read them. If the converter program installed any right click menu options, that may also be the cause of the shell crashing.
