My windows keeps restarting and always ask me if i want to boot windows in safe mode ,
    safe mode with internet,
safe mode with prompt command ,
start windows with the last good config ( something like that)
    start windows normally

if i choose the last two , windows will keep restarting
i only can go in windows in safe mode
    any suggestion?

Get yourself a copy of a program called HijackThis. Run and and post the log it generates in this thread.

Sounds like a corrupted system driver. Either video, or chipset.

Though, as suggested.... you could post back a HiJackThis log, it won't show any issues regarding a driver failure.

My bet goes to... starting up in Safe Mode, uninstall your video drivers, then reboot. See if Windows will boot normally again. If not... boot back into SM, then reinstall your chipset drivers and reboot.
