I get this Windows Media Player error everytime after I try to play my backup dvd. I use dvd shrink and dvd decrpyt. this is the error message "Windows Media Player cannot play DVD video. Open Display in Control Panel, and then lower your screen resolution and color quality settings. To view the DVD Troubleshooter, click More Information."
I also have to have the volume on Max to even hear the audio.
    Please help. Thanks
    Thank

I'm not sure about your problem, and I normally don't use Windows Media Player to view DVD. But often time when WMP has a problem, it has something to do with missing codec. So may I suggest you download the K-lite Codec Pack (standard or full version, full version better). It comes with Media Player Classic which plays virtually all media.

    Good luck!
