    Hi,
I was currently using Windows Media Player 9 and wanted to upgrade to Media Player 11 because 9 is dragging and barely playing my cd's. I went to the Microsoft website to download Media Player 11 and after I did, it seems my computer still says its Media Player 9 and i tried playing a cd and its still doing the same thing, dragging, slow etc.

Is there a way to delete version 9 and re download 11? If not can anyone help me with fixing the problem im having? Or tell me what I need to do?

    Thanks
