i've got a hp desktop, i've been away for two weeks so it hasn't been used i did turn it on earlier today and it worked fine but turning it on for a second time i was asked to install an update which i did it was nvidia drive update or something

shortly after the computer froze i had no option but to just turn it off at the button then after that i get nothing. all i get is the first startup screen and system recovery screen.

so here's what i've done so far

did error check and came up with this

    repair log
    root causes = 1
root cause found unspecified changes to system configeration may have caused the problem

repair action system files integrity, check action and repair = result - failed
    error code = 0x2
    windows cannot repair

i can open further recovery options i have tried 3 system restores but still nothing screen just goes blank after that

i also did a memory check and came up with no problems

i can acsess other stuff like command prompt and other things to
