windows xp bin

    hi how ya all doing
    i just got a program TuneUp Utilities 2004
    and with this i can recall things from the bin that i hit delete on
    anyways i wanted to know if there was any way that i could clean the system from the files that have been deleted .. cos i had a load of music files .mp3 that i took off some cd's to play around with on a mix program then i hit delete ont the mp3's once i was done with em .. but where ever they get sent to after the bin they are still useing the same amount of memory... so is there any type of program i can get that would clean em ... cos there is alot of c*r*a*p in there from pic's i took and printed out to old mp3's - movie files ect ect ect .... thanks alot for any help

    try ccleaner(crap cleaner) from ccleaner.com, also clean out the recycled bin besides the recycle bin

    I use TuneUp Utilities 2004 myself, I find it great. Does anyone have any other similiar software they would recommend?

    I use tuneup utlities my self ans its badass.

    Another is Advanced System optimizer.

    yeah tweak xp isnt 2 bad i use to like that program
    till i had to format now i cant remember where i put the damn cd i had it on lol
