    Hi,
    Everyone

    I just wanted to know that from the following image

    The "Ticked" items are exeptions or the rest are exeptions?
    (I know it's pretty stupid but I am just too confused here)

    from my understanding, the ticked items are the exceptions.

    But If I set on Firewall on those apps then how much will they slow down?
