Wma/Acquiring licence

    I downloaded some movies from www.cinemanow.com and have been in contact with them over the fact every time i try to start the movie i downloaded from them it says Acquiring licence and never starts, does any body know how to stop it from trying to get the licence and just play?

    It seems to me that your Wma files have been protected by a licensing component called DRM protection. It forces you to pay for a licence to view the files.
    In the past, a hacker was able to crack this protection and access the files without paying for a license, but microsoft, or whoever the developer of DRM is, upgraded to a newer version. There is no known way as of now to get around this protection, but I am hopeful that someone will find a way soon.
