Hi All, My first problem was my .avi file was not showing sound or video even though I had all the correct codecs (as told by GSPOT). I still don't understand exactly why this phenomenon is happening, but after I removed the corresponding .srt file into a different directory than my .avi file, the .avi file played and sounded just fine as normal. Of course, I can't view subtitles... and that poses a slight problem. Hence, I am here asking for advice, suggestions, or solutions to this situation. I've never encountered it as I've been able to make subtitle files work with WMP and the such (.smi, .srt, .ssa, etc). The .srt and .avi are same names and well, I don't know what else I'm missing. It's weird that the file plays fine but won't play at all if coupled with the .srt file. Thanks in advance guys! (and girls)
