    Hey guys, I have a few audio files in musepack format and can't seem to find a plugin to get WMP11 to recognize them. Does anyone know of a plugin or some other method I can use to play these through WMP11?

    I've used River Past Audio Converter but I'm dissatisfied with the results. Any ideas?

    Easy way is to forget WMP and use VLC media player.

    Well, devices with software audio decoding that are supported by Rockbox can also play Musepack files, so maybe that rockbox windows installer works...

    (I have no idea will that help, but you can try).

    EDIT: have you installed MusePack DirectShow decoder?

    EDIT: why I did not use google?

    Thanks :) I googled around but somehow didn't get a hit from hydrogen audio.

    I've used VLC - it's very capable but not for me.

    I installed the MusePack DirectShow decoder from MPC's website but it didn't help (forgot to mention that in my original post).

    I'll give the RadLight filter a shot.

    Yea, I could never get the filter from the site to work but the RadLight filter works just fine!

    @Nephilim

    Why are you using WMP11?
    I have to ask, because it is beta.

    I found that WMP10 is faster and its radio works.

    Cause I'm weird :)

    Seriously though, every now and again I like to fart around with something beta and WMP11 happens to be it this time around. I'd been using WinAmp for forever and was itching for someting I'd never used before and since I'd never used WMP as my main music player I figured what the hell, I'll try it.
