wont burn

    ok i have a question, i was trying to burn a dvd and when it came time to insert a blank dvd+r disk i inserted a brand new one and it keeps telling me to insert a blank disk. anyone know why its doing this??? i was told this thing had a dvd burner

    heres some info on what i have

    HL - DT - ST DVDRAM GMA - 4020B

    GATEWAY BRAND

    i have 1clickdvd and mine will have this problem if it gives you a choice of burning an exact copy. I always just copy the movie. There is a qlitch with that program that will somtimes give you that message.

    glitch!!?? Try wrong media. You cannot use +R media w/ a -R Only burner and vise versa.

    You have to use -R media.
