wont let me lock hdd with XBOXHDM v 1.9 plz help!!

    im using a WD 400EB-11CPFO hardrive and i read its compatable with xbox, its 40GB now i only put the c drive in the c folder
    and eeprom in the eeprom folder

    when i lock it it says disable security
