Problem words are different when joining with subtitle workshop 6.0b

    I am using Subtitle Workshop 6.0b.
    When I use the program to join two parts, it numbers them correctly,
    but when it finishes, the words are incorrect.
    After joining the first half looks like this" [drаmаtic orchеstrаl music plаys]"
    The second half is in english (as it should be)
    Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
    I would appreciate any help.
