No, I wouldn't, but that's because I don't think Core i7 is value for money. You would be better off selling a Core 2 Quad system instead for far cheaper. Also, the US exchange rate has changed, £1500 now works out at about $2000, not $3000.
it is actually a core 2 extreame im not a fan of the i7 atm and i havnt looked at the exchange rate so fine it would be $2000
Then 6GB of RAM is a very bad idea, you need to keep the numbers even multiplies for Socket 775, use 4GB or 8GB.
The Rampage II, not the original. This is because i7 uses triple channel memory. Socket 775 uses dual channel.
