Thanks for your advice I followed all the steps and it was really easy to follow the instructions but I still get the error message. Another person told me that probably I have problems with my win xp installation and that's why I am getting that message or that it is a virus because I downloaded music from pc 2 pc programs. You don't seem to have enough memory. Close ant other progrmas running, including Antivirus. Also, you might want to try another disc, as it seems that your drive does not like the media u used: Also, you have the same Nero version.You should upgrade from the links provided. To remove the old version of nero, you do not uninstall from Control Panel. You have to download and run Nero Cleaning Tool from Nero web site.

@Bruma Try some decent media 1st - Moser Baer is not 'A' list stuff. Have your tried different cd's? Use Made in Japan Maxell or Fuji cd's.
