    Hello.

Your version of Nero is really out of date. Write down your Nero program serial number and then uninstall Nero. Then download and run the Nero 6 Clean Tool:

    http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/Nero_6_CleanTool.html

Next download and install the following two Nero 6.6.0.18 packages:

    Package 1: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe
    Package 2: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

You're using Prodisc media which ranks pretty low on the quality scale. Try Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden and made in Japan labeled Fuji and Sony for best results.

There's a slightly newer firmware for your burner JSOD available here:

    http://www.liteonit.com/DOWNLOADS/ODD/SOHW-1673S/firmware/DR16JS0D.zip

Try using ImgBurn (free) to burn your ISO.

    Edit: Added text below

You might want to check the DMA on your IDE channels. The ROM drive is indicating DMA mode is off for that device. Here's a link to a guide:
