XBMC and FTP - How do I?

    hey all,

    I was wondering if anyone can give me a good semi-tutorial on how to correctly link the XBMC and my computer so I can play files off of it. I can FTP using FlashFXP, but im not sure what i use for the XBMC

    any help would be greatly appreicated
