Hi, I was wondering whether an xbox 360 can be played on a HP HDX9160EA Media Centre Notebook. I looked at the specifications of the laptop on HP's website and have found the ports that I think are most relevant for the Xbox 360.

    These are :

    1 HDMI Connection
    1 VGA port
    1 S-Video TV Out

Is it possible to view my xbox 360 on this laptop using any of these ports?

yes this is possible you must get a HDMI cable , both male connections
on both ends,(check to see if your computer has a female hdmi port on it, it looks the same as 360 female hdmi port, very few computers have a female hdmi port on them)

    a more piratical solution
if you computer has a DVI port (female) you can go DVI male to HDMI male,

then you can right click on your desktop and go properties> settings
to configure your 360 output on your laptop screen
