is it possible to connect the box dvd drive into your computer to read the dvd to rip them off or is it the software thats on the xbox that makes it so you can read the dvd?
Well Ive never done it but think about it the drive doesnt even have an eject button and uses some pretty funky firmware built into the Xbox Mainboard. Thats why you cant just wack in any bog standard DVD drive into your Xbox (well you may be able to if your the king of firmware). You can try it if you want but IMO its not worth it just connect to it through FTP.
i tried it it picks up the dvd drive in dos but i couldnt get it to load windows must be a microsoft thing
