   i have an actual Xbox game disc. (Street Fighter Anniversary)
   and i have DVD Drive and a CD-ROM / CD-R Drive
   
   is there anyway i can play my Xbox game on my pc using my dvd drive/cd drive ?

   No because the way xbox games were written is backwards so the DVD drive wouldn't Read it or the Cd drive
