xbox going buck wild!!!!

my xbox is clicking inside and the eject button is blinking green and red, it won't start up not even to the main menu. i have xcuter 2.3 or 3 one of them. can anyone help?

 

open the xbox, check that the modchip in tightly; check the hd and dvd cables, chances are that your hd cable is not tightly in.
