xbox hdd copy

    ive got two xbox's/ one works, one has a bad hard drive.
    i was trying to make a disk image of the good hdd [set up as a slave drive on my computer] but it doesnt show up [bios settings are correct. and device manager picks up on two disk drives -drivers were loaded automatically the first time i connected it/ but i only see one hard drive in disk management.

    is the disk locked or hidden?
    is there a better way to make a new hdd for an xbox ?
