Xbox power button flashing orange and green?

    won't do anything else,will not boot up just sits there flashing
    when a game is put in, any idea's, it's a unmodified unit as far
    as i know.

    The only time i have seen a orange and green flashing light is when the AV lead is not pluged into the back of the xbox, Try using a friends AV lead as yours may have a break in the wires under the covering, if not it may be the AV socket in the back of the xbox has come loose from the mother board from being pushed in to hard at some point.

    same flashing lights happened to me , got a new av lead of ebay and it was sorted , must have been a break in the lead somewhere .
