Xbox Saved Games HELP

    I am sorry if this has already been answered but i did search quite thoroughly. Anywayz when I backed up my E drive to my PC and used Slayer's I obviously lost my E drive saved games but i'm not sure wot i need to FTP back from my PC to my Xbox so I can get back to my place on Halo and complete it! Which folders/ files hold my saved games?

    Just FTP everything in your back up E drive to your XBox harddrive.
