Xbox soft mod

    is it possible to buy a hard drive that has already been modded and just stick it in my xbox to play back and play back ups and stuff.

    The actual hdd of the xbox is not modded.

    You would have already have a flashed bios on your xbox (or use Slayer's Auto Installer) to put a new hdd in your Xbox. Please note that the modchip will need to be in your xbox as well. Then you would use Slayer's Auto Installer to install the hdd and the apps.

    i need help in soft modding...i soft modded my xbox...but my friend ask me to soft mod his xbox.....he has the newer version xbox and i had the older version...can someone please help me out...pleasE???
