xebian problem post-removal script error 127

    I am stuck, I have fiddled around with linux, but I am no expert. I am currently running xebian 1.1.4 on an xbox and I am trying to install other software, but every time I try to install anyting I get the error

    Easy peasy, sounds like a dependancy problem to me...

    edit- yep, a google search shows this to be quite common. I'll let you google to see what to do about it though :)

    edit- oh go on then, here's a clue.

    xebian is old old old old old old stable.. I think it's potato?? as it's completely outdated the best way to install anything for it is to build it all from source. any modern packages will be a complete dependency nightmare.. If I remember right it's a 2.2 kernel, or maybe even a 2.0 .. I think to use any pre-built packages you will have to hunt for a specific xebian repo somewhere or look for ancient backports archives.
