Can anyone tell me if this is a good modchip, and what disadvantages might it have compared to the more costier ones? I especially need one that can keep me on Xbox Live.
I installed two of them (1.0 and 1.6 Xboxs) and in both cases they worked flawlessly. The guy with the 1.6 also played Halo 2 on XBL regularly. The only disadvantage is that you probably can't use all those fancy upgrades and adapters like the Xecuter IR adapter and LCD screen. Not that they're necessary or anything.
