XP Pro 32bit vs 64bit

    My laptop has an AMD Turion 64 processor running XP Pro 32bit. Would I see any benefit by upgrading my OS to XP Pro 64bit?

    I'd rather stay with XP than move to Vista.

    No, the only real reason why you would want to upgrade to 64bit is if you had more than 4GB of ram and wanted to use all of it without being limited to 4GB.

    And, if you want to be limited in what programs you are able to use.
