XP pro and hard drive

    I was told that windows xp will not detect a hard drive bigger than 120 gigs. I just ordered a 160 gig for my primary drive.Will this be ok in XP pro and if not can I and how do I partition it.
    Thanks in advance for the great advice I always get here.

    I have a seagate 160Gig hard drive and that shows up ok in xp pro
