Hi, can I get some help from an issue I'm having on my system. Anytime my system reboots, It takes about 10 reboots to startup and usually tries repeatedly to scandisk and finally gets through. Even when I try to use last good known config, it may take several reboots to startup. Once it does, I get the error system recovered from serious error message. I know it's not a virus but suspect a possible driver conflict. I'm at my wits end and fear I may eventually lose the ability to start the system for good. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. About the only thing I can think of is a reload. Sounds just like my laptop just before it wont load. Scan the hard drive for errors. a sector may be going bad. A dozen reboots don't sound good. A conflic would show more often if not all the time.

May sound a little wague, but it may be your RAM.
Test them with a program like MemTest...
