I'am having trouble with ripping my CD's to my music library everytime it rips a CD it

has missing or incorrect media information (that is, have songs that don't have the correct

song titles, album names, artist names, genres, track numbers, and so forth).

the computer that has this problem is not connected to the internet is there a way to

change the settings were i can just put a CD and it automatically reads all the track in the

    CD..

    can u guys help

    thanks,

CD-audio files do not, in most cases, contain track-artist-etc info in the tracks. Some files have CD-Text, but this is largely an aftermarket feature.

Anyway, all the CDDA or freedb do is query based on a checksum of the album, and/or the number of tracks and/or their length, then return the match.

So, in short, w/o the internet, you have to type it in manually.
