I have windows media Center 2005 installed and that side is working fine.
When I try to view videos (wmv,mpeg2,avi etc) in the normal XP side it plays the video but with just a blank screen, the sound is playing but no picture.
I have K-Lite mega pack installed and I have also installed Gspot and that's telling me I have the correct codec's installed.

Can someone shed some light on this for me

    Cheers

    Mr O

you might try to use a different media player, such as media player classic, because I have alot of problems with new video players and a have yet to find a video that connot be played with media player classic. Hope that helps

I finally sorted this out, it was down to my graphics card being in clone mode. Set it back to ingle monitor and it worked
