OK, I will try that. I did try one other thing that seems to work. I went into the Award BIOS and into the IDE type and set it to None for the primary master and primary slave. Basically the BIOS doesn't see the two CD-ROM drives now but Win XP does and they both work in DMA mode. The only drawback that I know of is that I can't boot from CD with it setup like this, but if I need to do that I can always change it back. If I change the master and slave on the drives, will they change drive letters in XP?
