xp will not install after uninstalling vista please help

    Hello i installed vista on my new computer as a fresh install but found i did not like vista so i wanted to go back tp xp pro so i installed xp but when booting up i got the unmountable boot volume error so i tried installing it a few more times with no luck then i thought i would try vista again but when vista is at the epanding files stage i get error 0x80070003 any ideas?

    you need to reformat then install xp. just use the partitioner on the xp boot disc.
