xperia z software update

While I was updating the software on my sony xperia z my laptop battery ran out causing the update to fail. Now my laptop wont recognize the phone and because the update wasn't complete, my phone wont start up properly and wont shut down.
It will vibrate twice and the Sony name will show on the middle of the screen and xperia on the bottom.
Anyone know what I can do to get it up and running again.
