I have coded a xvid on 2 cd´s and have taken audio from another version and wanted to put it on my movie that has better picture quality... It syncs in the beginning but after a while it goes oos (out of sync), the audio and the video isnt exactly the same length, is that why it goes oos? the video is like 3-5 minutes longer... i thought it wouldnt go oos until the end credits... can somebody give me a guide or something on how do i fix the sync, i would really appreciate it...

    best regards

All I can think of is that the Video is 25 FPS (PAL) and the audio 29.97 FPS.
You can load the file into VirtualDubMod and try to match the frame rates (and convert the rate back to the original), then click 'File' and resave the video.
Remember to check 'Direct Stream Copy' under the 'Video'- else the saved file will be huge.
