When I go onto Device Manager and open up the sub category of Ports, I see a yellow circle with a black exclamation mark in the middle of it, next to the Multiport Communications Ports (COM5). I do not know why this has happened but it has seemed to appear there after I had re-formatted my laptop. I also have seen that my Bluetooth Adapter is not working, and am thinking that this could be the Bluetooth adapter, as it says in the specs.

I have a Compaq Evo N610c with Windows XP Profession Service Pack 3
Also, this is the website for the specs of my laptop. Please note that my laptop doesn't have 256mb of ram as I have had it upgraded years ago to 512mb. http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/hp-evo-n610c-pentium/4505-3121_7-20217263.html

For better understand I have uploaded a picture of the error onto imageshack: http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/7302/problemq.png

I HOPE THIS INFORMATION HELPS AND THAT MY PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED =D

ALSO,I WOULD ALSO LIKE IF YOU COULD EMAIL ME THE STEPS TO FIXING THIS PROBLEM IF IT GETS TO COMPLICATED. JUST LOOK AT MY SIGNATURE FOR MY EMAIL =D
