I installed Zone Alarm on my computer this week and its been working fine but when I type in my router IP in internet explorer to get the router login i get a white page with an H at the top left corner and it woould not load the page. I tried going onto the router login page from another computer without Zonealarm and also turned off zonealarm on this computer to try to go on and they both worked. Can someone help me to set my zonealarm to open the router login page while zonealarm is on?
In the ZoneAlarm control Panel -- Click on the word Firewall on left menu ! On right now -- click the ZONES tab. At the bottom, click ADD and type in the IP address of your router ---> this will give it permission to be accessed by you.
