Yeah this movie really is crap - I couldn't even finish watching it.
But I agree on the beaten bit :) Might be crap but that's not the point:)

Run the files from DVDFab thru FixVTS and see if that does it - link.

Does the disc playback in the pc?

Exchanging it might just be the best bet though.

Give that a shot and let us know if that does the trick - hope it does!

Right, I managed to do just the Main Movie through DVDFab, that is playing at the moment through Nero Showtime, looks like the problems are when you try and do the whole dvd. DVDfab goes through the motions but doesn't create the files correctly inthe output folder, there was over 100 vob files in there all made up of about 28kb each. Now that I know the movie works, I'll try and reauthor the disk with DVDshrink or something. Fingers crossed, I used to like Tim Allen but at the moment I want to shove his tools right up his a##

Yep that's the newer Sony's - tons of vobs.
Doing reauthor in Shrink you'll need to run AnyDVD in the background - supposedly SlySoft fixed the issue on these Sony's w/ Shrink.
