Well seeing as the photo frame continues has no stop it just keeps going on and on. I would bet this could be done fairly easily with some Photoshopping and video work. As to how its done I couldn't say as I have fiddled with PhotoShop in a long time.
I have no clue, I no there are tons of guides on how to do certain things with photoshop, but one for doing this specific task; I am not sure.
