    The firmware needed is in the guide, in the guide click on the link above your box picture download it save to your PC and run. follow the guide its all there.

    Sorry to be so thick....but.... it brings up a huge list of software programmes. Which one do I choose?

    Hi thanks for last reply.
    Downloaded 15 July.
    The sports channels are still scrambled!
    Do I still need to do something else?

    Check to see if emm is on,

    Menu press OK on language settings, type 1968 new column will apear called emulation, make sure it is set to enable then save and exit back to sports channel.

    The box is now saying
    WAIT SYSTEM UPDATING??
    tried re download but still the same,is it the box or the software?

    hi there,

    can any1 help me out, ive got the new software to update my box after it goin down, but everytime that i go to download it, it says that it is waitin for a signal from my receiver.

    Ive connected my rs232 and got the software for that installed correctly, but im getting nothin at all.

    Ive been doin this for 2 days now and im goin nowhere fast
    any ideas what im doin wrong.

    any help is greatly appreciated
