I just purchased the DVD-Cloner. installed it throught a web-link. My first attemp to burn a DVD movie failed misserably! my second, third and fourth on different movies is of no success either. I think DVD-Cloner II is a scam and a rip off. I wonder how i can get my money back. I purchased it with my credit card. Any idea?

Contact the company and your credit card company as well.

Something to keep in mind. You already have their product and it's on your HD. There's no way you can convience them you're not using it. Sending a disc (if you have one) back doiesn't matter as you have it all on your PC.

It's like ordering a cake from the bakery and after you've eaten it say, "I want my money back." Once you've downloaded it, it is yours -

My suggestion, learn from your mistake, bite the bullet and start reading up around here and use some free proggys that do, in fact, work -

    Sea Yaaaaaaaaa,

    Pete
