error reinstalling nero

    I had to uninstall nero (a file came up missing)
    while reinstalling nero I get an error
    the error reads:

    An error occurred during the copy process(file name: disco.nct)
    Error: 1117
    The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error
    Pleas reboot your computer and retry

    I tried to restart my computer 6 times... I get the same error

    One thing that happened with me and Nero, was I had to delete a Nero file out of the C:/Windows/Prefect folder in order to get things right. I am not sure if the Nero Clean tool also cleans out the Prefect Folder.
