    Hi
I've been doing really well lately backing up movies for the kids, as they're a bit disrespectful with their discs.
I just tried Ice Age and got the message ' Failed to decrypt Video Title Set 2. Skip it and continue, or stop processing."
I've not seen this before so I stopped.
Does anyone have any ideas? I did the same as ever - dragged the icon of the movie to dvdbackup, and went to process the files into a Video_TS file on the Desktop.
Ice Age isn't Disney, it's 20th Century Fox.
    Any help greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

Try playing the first few seconds of the movie in your apple's dvd player (the dvd player can access the key codes or something like that ). This works fine for me, every time. But I recomend you get mac the ripper, because you don't have to do that. (it automaticly access the codes)

Here is the web site for mac the ripper (the official site link is broken)

The disc may be scratched or have fingerprints.

use fast dvd copy 3, it does the backup, the shrinking and the burning all in one it recognises the disc and does whatever it has to.
