I'm sure there is a better way to do it, but here's a couple links to some screen capture programs that record to AVI and at least one has some kind of support for audio. Unfortunatly Capturepad will not work on my PC keeps coming up with error messages but it is a beta and will be worth keeping an eye on as it looks a very usefull tool. Thanks for that Afterlife ill keep you informed.
Did you make the flash? Cause if you did you can just convert it to an mpeg instead of making it a .swf... You didn't make it did you :-\ cause you'ld prolly already know that hmm nevermind
No i didn't make it, it was just a silly animation (Evles farting to the twelth night)I was going to convert it to Vcd for my cousin up in Scotland as she has no Pc but a Dvd player. Thanks anyway guys.

I recently moved so I won't be able to help you...But Try this...Get Swift3D V2, and Flash Saver...use Flash Saver to rip the chip from the website to ur PC.Then use Swift3D to import the movie.Then Once its loaded try to output to avi... That might work..Sorry but Im currently tooo buzzy to help ppl...Hopes that helps you out.
